Standard Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% booking fee.
Life Happens Clause: I understand that sudden illness or family emergencies occur. Every guest is granted one 'grace' rescheduling per year without a fee, provided the appointment is moved to a new date within the same month.
My Commitment to You: Should I need to reschedule due to my own illness or emergency, I will notify you immediately and prioritize your new appointment at your earliest convenience."

I value your time and aim to provide a punctual, relaxing experience. If you are arriving late, please notify me as soon as possible.
Grace Period: Arrivals up to 15 minutes late will be accommodated to the best of my ability. To ensure I can still provide your high-quality color or cut without rushing, we may need to adjust your service—such as omitting the signature blowout or a luxury treatment.
Rescheduling: If an arrival is late enough that we cannot complete the core of your service safely and beautifully, we may need to reschedule. In this instance, your booking fee may be forfeited to cover the reserved time.
