Rescheduling or Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment
A 50% booking cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation & rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment

If you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes, you may have to rebook or we may have to reduce some of your services. However this adjustment requires communication with the Stylist. If we are unable to accommodate you due to your tardiness, your appointment may be cancelled, you will need to rebook, and your deposit may be forfeited
No shows will result in a 50% charge of the service booked

Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are dissatisfied with the outcome, please contact us within 10 days. We will work with you to adjust the style or color to better meet your expectations.
