To ensure the best results, I kindly ask all new clients to book a consultation—either in person or virtually—before services like color or smoothing treatments. This allows time for a strand test and a full hair and scalp analysis to create a customized plan just for you.

Consultations are $30 and can be credited toward future services. Come ready to share your hair goals—I’m here to listen and guide you every step of the way.

Instead, we specialize in alternative color techniques that preserve your hair’s strength and integrity. Our approach is gentle, customized, and rooted in care—using only nourishing, high-performance products to support long-term hair health. Because beautiful hair should feel as good as it looks.

Here, you’ll find information on some of our most commonly asked questions, from appointment tips to service details. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out!

  • For the best results, arrive with clean, dry hair, free of any heavy products. If you’re coming for a color service, avoid washing your hair right before, as a little natural oil can help protect your scalp. Feel free to bring photos for inspiration!

  • It depends on your style and hair type! Generally, we recommend every 4-6 weeks for short styles, 6-8 weeks for medium lengths, and 8-12 weeks for long hair to maintain shape and prevent split ends.

  • Appointment times vary based on the service. Haircuts usually take 30-60 minutes, color services around 1-3 hours, and specialty treatments or event styles may take longer. Cynthia will give you an estimated timeframe when booking.

  • For best results, we use only high-quality products that we trust and know work well with a variety of hair types. Bringing your own products is generally not recommended, as we cannot guarantee the results.

  • Unfortunately, I do not accept walk-ins. I recommend scheduling an appointment via online, call, or text to ensure your preferred time and service are available.

  • We want you to love your hair! If you’re not completely satisfied, please let us know within 10 days, and we’ll happily work with you to make any necessary adjustments to ensure you leave feeling great.
